You are looking at a NEW Under Scuff Plate Screw Set + Screws to suit:

• Ford 
• XR XT XW XY
• 4x Scuff plates included + screws
• Front + Rear
• OEM style

They are as close to the originals as you will get, They go underneath the carpet, on top of the sill and cover the wiring loom.

Without these plates you will not be able to clamp the carpet down.
